Saleor
Saleor is an open-source, GraphQL-first headless commerce platform, and a self-hosted alternative to Shopify and commercetools. The backend is an API only — storefronts are built separately against its single GraphQL endpoint — and it is multi-channel from the ground up, so one catalog can serve several storefronts with their own currencies, pricing, and warehouses. Extensions are added out-of-process through the Saleor Apps model.
Medusa
An open-source headless commerce platform and a self-hostable alternative to Shopify and commercetools. Medusa delivers commerce primitives — carts, orders, payments, fulfillment, promotions, multi-region and multi-warehouse — as a modular Node.js framework, with a REST/GraphQL API, an admin dashboard, and full control over the storefront.
