Jitsi Meet

Description

Jitsi Meet is an open-source video conferencing platform, and a self-hosted alternative to Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams. It runs entirely in the browser over WebRTC — no account or client install for participants — and scales from small peer-to-peer calls to large moderated meetings via the Jitsi Videobridge. The full stack is self-hostable, so meeting media and metadata stay on your infrastructure.

Requirements

• Linux host with a public IP and a domain name
• Docker and Docker Compose (or the official Debian repo)
• Open UDP 10000 for media; ~4 GB RAM for a modest deployment
